Competition 2021! Call for participation: Self-made Advent CalendarWettbewerb 2021! Aufruf zur Teilnahme: Selbstgemachter Adventskalender

Additional to our online advent calendar, we also want to make a call for a competition about a handmade advent calendar with 24 doors, made in a personal way and for charity purposes.

Make your own advent calendar and offer it to someone else to make them smile and spread some Christmas joy! We would love to see many different and creative ideas and as many happy people as possible. You can participate as an individual or in a team – the most important thing is that you have fun and that we see why you participated! Who do you want to offer your advent calendar to and why?

Your advent calendar can be in digital form or handmade and we especially want to encourage you to make your advent calendar for charity purposes and offer them to someone of your choice – this could also be a social institution/association.

How to participate?

  • Make an Advent Calendar yourself. For inspiration have a look at last year’s contributions: https://codanec.eu/contributions-self-made-advent-calendar/.
  • Make 2-3 pictures of your self-made Advent calendar.
  • Download the participation form below, and write in it in max. 5 sentences, who are you giving your Advent Calendar to and why.
  • Send the form for participation in English (Translation tools like deepl or google translate can help you) and the pictures by December 2nd to info@ileu.net or via wetransfer (https://wetransfer.com/). If you have questions on how to upload your contributions on wetransfer feel free to contact us.

Inspiration: what can a self-made Advent calendar contain and how can it look like?

An Advent-calendar leaves a lot of space for creativity – In what it will look like and what you fill it with. A homemade Advent calendar usually contains little things, from chocolate to useful things. It is not about the price, but about the gesture.

Examples:

  • An advent calendar could also be filled with 24 self-written poems or pictures.
  • A school class could draw 24 pictures and give it to a retirement home in a form of a calendar
  • Ideas what an advent calendar for children could contain: chocolate, pictures, pens or something for school, as well as small toys and stories are suitable.
  • Ideas for adults: chocolate, poems, stories, small useful items, consumables like tea, self-made things.

We are very much looking forward for your contribution for our advent calendar! Good luck!

Viel Erfolg!
