Every year on June 24, together with the Universal
Day of Ia, we also celebrate the day of Sânziene or Drăgaica, as it is also
called among the people. From a calendar point of view, the sânzienele
represent the turning point of the summer towards winter, the end of the
agricultural works and the preparation for the harvest.
The night of Sânziene. Who are the Sânziens?
According to the popular belief, on the night of
Sânziene, the heavens open, and the Sânziene go out and play the dance of the ieles
in places away from the eyes of the world, hidden or secluded.
If we follow the legends, the Sânzienele are
extraordinarily beautiful beings, like fairies, who live in forests or plains.
On the night of Sanziene, they catch up in the choir, sing and dance.
Sânzienele protects the hailstorms, bears fruit for sowing, curses brides and contributes to the multiplication of plants and animals.
I consider it a very important holiday for the
people, the Sanzians bringing prosperity and happiness. This holiday is one of
the sun, of love, but also of the lust for life.
There are superstitions that must not be
forgotten, being an occasion for meeting, joy and relaxation.
I like our customs, being very beautiful, just
like the Romanian folklore and dress.
Young people must remember in our stories the identity of our people and we have a duty to keep alive this special tradition of the Sanzi. It is an occasion of joy when we meet and play the chorus, we are happy and beautiful like the sânzienele .
În fiecare an pe data de 24 iunie, odată cu Ziua Universală a iei, sărbătorim si ziua de Sânziene sau Drăgaica, cum i se mai spune în popor. Din punct de vedere calendaristic, sânzienele reprezintă momentul de cotitură al verii către iarnă, finalul muncilor agricole și pregătirea pentru recoltat.
Noaptea de Sânziene. Cine sunt Sânzienele.
Conform credinței populare în noaptea de Sânziene se deschid cerurile, iar Sânzienele ies și joacă dansul ielelor în locuri ferite de ochii lumii, ascunse sau retrase.
Dacă ne luăm după legende, Sânzienele sunt ființe extraordinar de frumoase, asemenea unor zâne, care trăiesc în păduri sau pe câmpii. În noaptea de Sănziene se prind în horă, cântă și dansează.
Sânzienele apără holdele de grindină, aduc rod semănăturilor, ursesc fetele de măritat și contribuie la înmulțirea plantelor și a animalelor.
Consider că este o sărbătoare foarte importantă pentru popor, sanzienele aducănd prosperitate și fericire. Aceasta sarbatoare este un a soarelui, a dragostei, dar si a poftei de viata.
Sunt superstiții care nu trebuiesc uitate fiind un prilej de întălnire, bucurie și relaxare.
Îmi plac obiceiurile noastre, fiind foarte frumoase, la fel ca folclorul si portul romanesc.
Tinerii trebuie să-și aducă aminte din poveștile noastre de identitatea poporului nostru și noi avem datoria de a menține vie această tradiție deosebită a sânzienelor.
Este un prilej de bucurie când ne întâlnim și jucăm hora, suntem fericite și frumoase precum sânzienele.
Jedes Jahr am 24. Juni, zusammen mit dem Welttag der Iya, feiern wir den Tag der Mittsommernacht oder Drăgaica, wie er im Volk auch genannt wird. Aus kalendarischer Sicht ist Sanzien der Wendepunkt vom Sommer zum Winter, das Ende der landwirtschaftlichen Arbeit und die Vorbereitung der Ernte.
Mittsommernacht. Wer sind die Sânziennes.
Nach dem Volksglauben öffnet sich in der Mittsommernacht der Himmel und die Sisi kommt heraus und tanzt den Tanz der Stuten an versteckten oder abgelegenen Orten.
Folgt man den Legenden, so sind die Sânzienele außerordentlich schöne, feenartige Wesen, die in Wäldern oder Ebenen leben. In der Nacht der Sanziene treffen sie sich im Chor, singen und tanzen.
Die Sânzienele schützen die Felder vor Hagel, bringen die Früchte der Felder, gebären die heiratsfähigen Mädchen und helfen Pflanzen und Tieren, sich zu vermehren.
Ich denke, es ist ein sehr wichtiger Feiertag für die Menschen, denn die Sanzian bringen Wohlstand und Glück. Der Feiertag ist ein Fest der Sonne, der Liebe, aber auch der Lebenslust.
Es ist eine Fest, das nicht vergessen werden darf, da es eine Gelegenheit zur Begegnung, Freude und Entspannung ist.
Ich liebe unsere Bräuche, sie sind sehr schön, ebenso wie die Folklore und die rumänischen Trachten.
Junge Menschen müssen sich anhand unserer Geschichten an die Identität unseres Volkes erinnern, und wir haben die Pflicht, diese besondere Tradition der Sanskien am Leben zu erhalten.
Es ist ein freudiger Anlass, wenn wir uns treffen und die Hora spielen, wir sind glücklich und schön wie die Sânzienas.
