Living Library

We organised a “travelling” exhibition “Living Cultural Treasures of the Danube” in a public space.

• We showed 13 intangible cultural treasures from different Danube countries on 13 roll-ups.
•  Each one contains a “personal intangible cultural treasure” presented on the Festival by the person, who submitted it, or their delegate, in a “living library” format
• Visitors could personally get in contact with the guests and ask about their cultural treasure (personal relationship, role in the society etc.) combined with a storytelling cafe “traditions nowadays”.
• We published a brochure with short descriptions about these cultural treasures
